Peer support for people
wondering about their alcohol use

The vast majority of people who experience
unhealthy alcohol use never get help.
That was us then.

Getting help is just a pit-stop
along the way to best-ever performance.
This is us now.

Box Now is for people like us.

We offer free peer support to share our experiences before, during and after getting help for Alcohol Use Disorder.  We know what it is like.  We are completely independent -- not affiliated with any other organization, totally agnostic to any form of treatment or help.  Our sole purpose is to support people wondering about their alcohol use.  Please call, text or email us.  Let's get started!

Our Purpose

  • Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), masking as heavy drinking, robs good people of great years – and we often don’t even realize it
  • Recovery can be profound and long-lasting
  • Yet due to stigma and denial most people never get help
  • The few who do get help often delay for years, particularly those enjoying outward success
  • The result is significant and preventable lost time at peak living for individuals and their families
  • Box Now exists to inspire and support people with AUD to boldly manage the disease as well as they have managed other aspects of their lives

"Box"

Formula 1 slang
noun: the drivers’ servicing area in the pit lane
verb: to make a pit stop
// "Box this lap.  Box now."
